OCEANIA BOD in Singapore Der Vorstand der OCEANIA IT Ltd ist auf der SIWW 2025 in Singapore in der Zeit vom 23.06. bis 25.06.2025 vertreten. Schwerpunktthema in diesem Jahr: Hochwasserresistente Städte - Anpassung an den Klimawandel.

13.04.2026 - 18.04.2026 OCEANIA-Vorstand zu Besuch in Botswana OCEANIA Vorstandsmitglieder, CTO Dr Gideon Bogle und COO Dr Hawari Hall waren auf Einladung in Botswana. Auf einer Reise durchs Land von der Kalahari im Süd-Westen, hin zu den Salzpfannen und -seen im Osten des Landes wurden die gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Probleme des Landes mit der Wasserversorgung diskutiert. Alle Beteiligten sind sich einig, diesem ersten Besuch schon ab Ende dieses Jahres weitere folgen zu lassen.

July / August 2026 Successful thwarting of an attempt at industrial espionage Our company detected an attempt at industrial espionage at an early stage and successfully thwarted it. Thanks to effective security measures, vigilant staff and a swift response, unauthorised access was prevented and sensitive company information was protected. No confidential business or customer data was compromised. As a precautionary measure, the affected systems were checked and additional protective measures were put in place. The strict and consistent implementation of our company policy on security and information protection has proved particularly effective in this instance. The guidelines set out therein apply to all areas of the company and are implemented without exception. Security guidelines, access regulations and reporting procedures must be strictly adhered to and are regularly reviewed and further developed. The management would like to thank all staff involved for their vigilance and consistent action. This incident underlines the importance of a high level of security awareness and the need to maintain our protective measures at a consistently high standard. For security reasons, no further details regarding the technical aspects of the incident are being disclosed at this time.
